If you are a U.S. importer who wishes to receive consumer fireworks tested by AFSL, you must register as an importer member of AFSL. AFSL importer members are obligated to import only fireworks that have been tested and found to comply with all applicable AFSL Standards.
Both documents must be submitted with the application.
